Ave del paraíso/ Strelitzia

El otro día una amiga me comentaba que su "ave del paraíso" nunca tenía un aspecto radiante; a la mía le sucede lo mismo, florece pero siempre con manchas marrones, como de podredumbre, por aquí y por allá. En mi caso creo que debe ser a causa del exceso de lluvia, o tal vez a  las bajadas bruscas de temperatura.
¿A alguien , viviendo en el norte , le sucede lo mismo?

The other day a friend  of mine told me that her  "strelitzia" never looked gorgeous ;  the same thing happens to  mine and I can not help feeling  a bit disappointed when  it  blooms  with brown spots here and there.  I think it must be because of the  rain, or  the sudden temperature changes . I am wondering whether  the same thing  happens to yours ...
